As if Bad gal doesn’t have much on her plate, she just took it to her Instagram to announce her latest and third fragrance named “RiRi”. Her look for the campaign is a far cry from the badass boss b*tch in her singe Bitch Better Have My Money. The Barbadian singer channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe in her glamorous bubblegum pink satin gown and opera gloves. Because no other color screams “fine lady” than pink itself, she just practically color-coordinated her looks with her perfume bottle.
While her to-die for lashes and frosted pink lips and her on point pastel eye shadow are in shades of pink. RiRi just nailed the Barbie look for her campaign. She looks sweet and innocent, a look that suits the floral and superflirty scent of Riri by Rihanna. Talking about her sixth feminine fragrance, “RiRi” will be released soon, in the late summer this year. The scent has a crisp floral and fruity fragrance, opening at the top notes of accords of Italian mandarin, cassis, rum and passion fruit. At the heart of the floral fragrance captures flowers of pink freesia, jasmine, orange blossom and honeysuckle, teasing your olfactory nerves.
The base notes settled in Indonesian sandalwood, skin musk, Siam benzoin and vanilla. RiRi is set for release at Macy’s and Stage and online at macys.com and perfumania.com. Dennis Leupold, who photographed the campaign perfectly capture RiRi’s gorgeous looks.
Rihanna posted a photo of her Instagram with a caption, “Excited to announce my newest fragrance ‘RiRi’.”She described the scent as perfect for those who enjoy working in silk designer pajamas and kitten heels. We imagined how Rihanna smells as she takes the puppy at night and kidnap a hot chick during an elevator ride. Yes. Is the scene in her latest music video playing on your mind?
Prior to “RiRi”, the BBHMM singer has already released her own scents. Notable of those include Reb’l Fleur Perfume which is an intense and glamorous fragrance released in 2010. The scent was a collaboration of The House of Givaudan’s Caroline Sabas and Marypierre Julien. The scent is described as sophisticated and daring qualities of this fragrance, expressing the wearer’s true self and confidence. Its top notes opens with tuberose, violet, and hibiscus. The heart notes boasts with refreshing coconut water which is artfully balanced by its base. Reb’l Fleur is encased in an elegantly designed bottle in the shape of a high heel.
Rogue by Rihanna is the songstress’ fourth scent. It is described as evolving and changing suitable for all women whatever mood they are into. The scent is flirtations and sensual oriental with accords of lemon blossom, cyclamen, jasmine, rose, plum and suede over a base of musk, woods, patchouli, vanilla and amber.
With more than five perfumes under her wings, the singer shows no signs of stopping since her announcement of “RiRi” perfume. We reckoned her fans all look forward to the flirtatious scent that RiRi promises.
