Let me give you a little backstory: I have been bleaching my hair for about a year, and I realized that I started losing hair. And girl, when I say losing hair, I mean LOTS OF HAIR!!!  My hair felt thinner and I started to panic!! I have tried different solutions, but got NO RESULTS.

Tips For Healthy Hair

You should NOT be washing your hair more than 2 to 3 times per week. Preferably once a week is enough. When you shampoo and condition your hair every day, it strips away your hair’s natural oils.  You can try to oil your hair with natural oils like Pura D’or moroccan argan oil, coconut, olive, almond or castor oil.

Let’s face it girls: We take pride on our hair. We wash it, we color it, we style it, we cut it, we wear it up, we wear it down to the side and WHATEVER!

Do you realize how much damage you are causing to your hair by doing all that stuff? and by using all these artificial heat exposures? I mean, I’m not saying don’t ever do it, but try to minimize treating your hair with chemical products and exposing them to heat treatments!

All that heat steals all the natural moisture from your hair leaving our hair as dry as grass. Avoid too-tight pony tails, apply a product before you blow out your hair, use a wide-toothed comb, avoid combing your hair when is wet.



How to Properly Apply The Hair Loss Shampoo

The product itself recommends to apply to wet hair. After wetting your hair, rub the product between your hands massaging and focusing on your scalp, leave the product for at least 2 minutes to allow for deep penetration and full absorption of the vitamins and nutrients. You can repeat the process once more for a complete wash. After washing your hair, let it air dry completely. For better results use it for 3 to 4 months. Continue use thereafter.
